  Alan Cramer Investments Inc. of Beaumont, Texas is the most incompetent property management firm in existence, or at least that I've dealt with. And, quite possibly, the most unprofessional, poorly run business I've ever come across. I moved into a dirty unit that had no working air conditioning. The AC stopped working again about a half dozen times in a year, and the most recent time (June 2014) it took them over two weeks to send someone out to charge up, if not repair. If you like Section 8 slumlords who do as little as possible to collect money, Alan Cramer's your guy. If you want a properly maintained property, Alan Cramer is not your guy. This company makes itself scarce anytime you need anything. PS - there's a girl named Ashley who works the phones (worked? They change personnel all the time, like most poorly run businesses do) and she's the only one in this organization I'd hire to do anything that involves the public.
